How to use
Children (3–6 years): Take 1/2 teaspoonful (2.5 ml) twice daily. Children (7–12 years): Take 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) 1 to 2 times daily. Adults (men and women): Take 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) 2 times daily. Take during or immediately after a main meal using a standard spoon or measuring cup.
